Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America invites motivated engineers to join the Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program. This 18-month development track places you at one manufacturing plant with quarterly travel to other North American sites, emphasizing process innovation, machine design, and project execution.

You’ll learn through hands-on experiences, classroom E-learnings, and real-world plant rotations. The program fosters cross-site collaboration, mentorship, and a fast-track path to final placement

Qualifications

• B.S. in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.).
• Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus.
• Valid passport required for international travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for site process improvements.
• Support safety and sustainability initiatives at the plant.
• Implement new automation processes at the site.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and cost/quality improvements.
