Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America invites motivated engineers to join the Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program. The 18-month track trains engineers to lead manufacturing improvements, with rotations at one plant and quarterly travel to other sites in North America.

You will gain hands-on experience in process improvements, safety, sustainability initiatives, and automation projects, preparing you for future leadership within Saint-Gobain’s expansive network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.).
• Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus.
• Valid passport required for international travel (Canada).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for site process improvements.
• Support safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant.
• Implement new automation processes at the site.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
