Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is inviting engineers to join its 18-month Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program, designed to develop technical leadership through hands-on site experience across North America. Participants will begin in a full-time operational role at a single plant for 18 months, with quarterly travel to other Saint-Gobain sites, and a structured mix of classroom and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical etc.)
• Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus
• Valid passport required for international travel to Canada

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering support for site process improvements.
• Supporting safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant.
• Implementing new automation processes at the site.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and quality improvement.
