• Typically requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience interpreting drawings and specifications and applying engineering principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Analyze and resolve design tolerance issues.
• Order and evaluate capital test equipment with cost/payback analysis.
• Support capacity planning and test equipment needs.
• Reduce test defects and improve test yields.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
