Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and integrate advanced test systems for complex aerospace and defense products. The role focuses on creating robust test interfaces and detailed circuit designs to ensure performance and cost targets are met.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to troubleshoot issues and validate designs using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other measurement tools. A STEM master's degree and hands-on skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM required prior to start.
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases.
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges.
