Job summary

RTX is seeking an engineer for an onsite Test Solutions Engineering role at its Massachusetts campuses (Tewksbury and Andover). You will join multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products, producing test stations, adapters, and harnesses while troubleshooting throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes producing drawings and analyses, with opportunities to work on advanced test instrumentation, automation, and fast-paced factory environments

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses guiding test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
