Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an experienced Manufacturing EHS Specialist for its Lebanon, MO plant. You will oversee safety, environmental, and health programs, conducting audits, investigations, and trainings to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will lead industrial hygiene studies, ergonomics improvements, and environmental reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best-practice EHS processes across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 3-5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental compliance including hazardous waste, air emissions, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees and management.
• Collaborate with plant management to standardize EHS processes and drive continuous improvement.
