Job summary

Process Technology is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our manufacturing locations. You will balance compliance activities with hands-on support in a fast-paced setting, partnering with operations, engineering, and facilities to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing EHS program experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Travel ~10% and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHSS Program Manager to implement environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; track corrective actions.
• Participate in machine safety assessments and hazard identification.
• Support chemical management, SDS review, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Maintain regulatory records, permits, and training documentation.
• Travel between facilities to provide onsite EHS support.
