Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Site EHS Specialist to lead and coordinate environmental, health, and safety programs across our facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive compliance, safety training, and continuous improvement.

The role requires collaboration with operations, maintenance, engineering, and HR to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and support ISO and OSHA programs. ESOP and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required; OSHA 511 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits; lead investigations.
