Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Manufacturing EHS Specialist to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our metals manufacturing plant. The role reports to the Senior EHS Manager - Manufacturing and is responsible for safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance across the site.

The position emphasizes program development, audits, incident investigations, training, and performance reporting to sustain a strong safety culture and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene, ergonomics and environmental regulations.
• Experience with ROI-focused safety projects and program development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage safety programs at the metals plant.
• Lead safety audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct industrial hygiene readings and ergonomics studies.
• Ensure environmental compliance including hazardous waste and air emissions.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report trends.
• Collaborate with plant management to standardize EHS processes.
• Support external regulatory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
