Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, Outfitters, and related support functions in a dynamic facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and sustainability through lean practices and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will drive world-class performance, develop a culture of craftsmanship, and coordinate with site leadership, engineering, program management and customers to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with large teams.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors EHS, production, quality, materials management, and engineering activities and costs.
• Leads lean tools deployment and sustains improvements.
• Plans long-range expansion and 5-year factory master planning.
