Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Distribution Center EHS Coordinator in Springfield, MO. The role supports Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and reports to the Distribution Safety Manager.

The position requires coordinating safety training, incidents, inspections, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe distribution environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Preferred OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR or other safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety trainings and Safety Committee meetings.
• Conduct inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log, workers' comp logs, and training records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, PPE assessments, and hazardous materials handling.
