Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Plant Manager in Clinton, Missouri, to lead daily manufacturing operations, Outfitters, and supporting functions. The role focuses on lean transformation, safety, quality, and cost control while driving world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and sustainability.

The candidate will guide budgeting, staffing, and development of the plant's people, processes, and capabilities, aligning with our culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with experience leading large teams.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors EHS, production, quality, materials, and engineering.
• Leads lean initiatives to improve operations.
• Develops a 5-year factory master plan and budgets.
• Builds a high-engagement culture and develops Outfitters.
• Partner with HR on hiring and development.
