Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production teams.
• Comfort working on the manufacturing floor and interacting with operations personnel.

Responsibilities

• Collect production and yield data directly from the manufacturing floor.
• Enter and maintain accurate production information in Excel and internal tracking systems.
• Track daily manufacturing metrics, including yield, scrap, downtime, and throughput.
• Verify data accuracy and work with operations personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain production tracking spreadsheets, daily logs, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely data entry to support daily production reporting.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors to obtain complete and accurate production information.
• Assist with inventory and production tracking activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through reliable data collection and documentation.
