Job description

We are seeking a Data Analyst for our client, a growing manufacturing organization investing in new technologies, operational capabilities, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to work directly with engineering and operations teams, using data to solve real-world production challenges and improve manufacturing performance.

As Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning complex manufacturing data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and better business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with technical teams, understands how manufacturing operations function, and wants to see their analysis translate into measurable improvements on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze manufacturing and production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making
  • Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including production yield, equipment downtime, throughput, scrap rates, and overall efficiency
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data from production systems, equipment, and quality processes
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to investigate performance issues and implement data-driven solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline data collection, and improve data accuracy
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to evaluate process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical teams and leadership

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
