Job summary

Kelly is seeking two entry-level Customer Success Specialists in New Century, KS, to support manufacturing customers by managing orders and communicating updates throughout the lifecycle of shipments.

You will coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate records and delivering professional, responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with data entry, order management, and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service, customer support, order processing, inside sales support, CSR, order entry, or administrative support experience.
• Manufacturing, printing, packaging, or distribution experience is a plus—but we welcome candidates who are ready to transition into a manufacturing customer service environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders, specifications, and account details accurately.
• Communicate order confirmations, pricing, delivery dates, and shipment updates.
• Partner with production, quality, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.
• Help address complaints, delays, and other concerns with professionalism and follow-through.
• Maintain clear, timely communication and accurate records.
