Responsabilités

• Enter and process sales orders accurately and timely.
• Review pricing on orders to match quotes and pricing policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and interactions promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production Control, Shipping and Materials to meet customer needs.
• Escalate issues to appropriate resources as needed.
• Identify issues early and suggest solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
