Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or order-entry experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Process customer orders, updates, and changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide customers with order status updates, delivery information, and lead time expectations.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Support customers with pricing information, product details, and account questions.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and returns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in systems.
• Manage customer portal activity, including invoices and updates.
• Collaborate with accounting on invoicing inquiries and payments.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service.
