CompleteStaff is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to enter and manage customer orders, verify product specifications, and confirm delivery dates. You will work with sales, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure customer demands are met while resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism.

The role emphasizes strong computer and ERP skills, plus the ability to communicate clearly and work independently on the First Shift (7:30am-4pm).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Professional customer relations with strong business writing and verbal skills.
• Analytical thinker with good math and organizational abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders, verify product specifications and delivery dates.
• Invoicing and weekly accounts receivable collection calls.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, engineering and manufacturing to monitor progress.
• Address inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding product quality, delivery, billing.
