TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing in Newtown, CT. You will process orders, communicate with customers about pricing and delivery, and coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales to meet expectations.

You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is required; training is available for candidates with manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or corrugated packaging is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales to ensure customer expectations are met.
