Ideal Tridon, a leading manufacturing group, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced environment in Springfield, MO. You will handle calls, process orders, and interact with production teams to ensure on-time shipments.

A strong service mindset and ability to multi-task are essential for success. The role requires 3+ years in customer service, experience in manufacturing, CRM familiarity, and a proven record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service role
• Must have direct customer service experience or manufacturing exposure
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
• Strong phone and active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of incoming calls and inquiries
• Print orders, organize back orders, file paperwork, mail invoices
• Meet personal/customer service targets and call handling quotas
• Coordinate with Production Scheduler to set new ship dates
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with customer accounts through open communication
• Resolve complaints with appropriate solutions and follow-up
• Generate leads via outbound calls to new and existing accounts
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Update data in ERP system and perform additional duties as assigned
