PTSolutions, a leading supplier of industrial tools in the Midwest, seeks a Customer Service Representative based in Nixa, MO. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.

You will receive training on our systems to discuss products confidently and deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
• Customer-centric attitude with growth mindset.
• Ability to establish rapport and build demand over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to department policies.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on order status and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of products to respond to quotes and info via phone and email.
• Handle customer issues with appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up for resolution.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Develop customer relationships and inform customers of current sales and marketing programs; close identified opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
