Job summary

Advanced Couplings, part of the Ideal Tridon Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative on-site in Boyertown, PA. You will deliver responsive, accurate support throughout the customer journey, acting as the day-to-day connection between customers and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or order-management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will use CRM/ERP systems, enter orders, assist with quotations, and help ensure timely,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, inside sales or order management.
Experience with CRM and ERP platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and other approved communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Enter, review and accurately process customer orders for products and services.
Support quotation, order-status and general commercial enquiries in partnership with Internal Sales.
Maintain accurate customer accounts and records in CRM/ERP systems.
Collaborate with Internal Sales, External Sales, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve needs.
