• 3+ years of customer service experience with a manufacturing company.
• Experience with customer order entry systems.
• Knowledge of products and manufacturing processes; ability to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to create and maintain customer files and use a CRM portal.

Aufgaben

• Ensure ongoing communication between customers and internal sales/operations.
• Expedite customer orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare and send timely invoices to customers.
• Coordinate orders with the manufacturing base and track status.
• Share relevant customer and product data with sales and management.
• Maintain customer files and monitor forecast input from customers and account managers.
• Be accessible for all communications with customers.
