The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are required, with a strong focus on customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Computer skills: MS Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly service.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
• Review orders for accuracy and completion.
• Issue production shop orders for inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Inform customers of shipping dates and any possible delays.
• Notify appropriate departments of order and shipping dates.
• Verify customer information is correct and up-to-date.
• Coordinate logistics for outside processing and purchasing.
