Vetio Animal Health (US) is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, transfers, and inventory accuracy. This role ensures efficient movement of materials and accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams and carriers.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with SAP or similar ERP, and a commitment to GMP and OSHA compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 0–3 months related experience.
• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; manage scheduling of trucks and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, labels).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments in SAP/WMS.
• Adhere to GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations and company SOPs; resolve discrepancies with vendors/carriers.
