Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related experience.
• Familiarity with service order workflows and SLAs is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, C4C) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process service orders for calibration, repair, and maintenance.
• Verify accuracy of orders including part numbers and SLAs.
• Coordinate with technicians, departments, and customers.
• Provide timely updates and communicate clearly with customers.
• Assist in training new team members on SOM processes.
