Job summary

SPR Packaging, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between US sales and our manufacturing plant in Spain. You will assist with order processing, status, complaints, billing, and delivery while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, including item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
• Handle order status, complaints, errors, billing, cancellations, delivery, and other queries.
• Coordinate import process and communicate order/shipping information using SPR systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior staff to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer information and assist with reports as directed by leadership.
