Job summary

SPR Packaging is seeking a customer service liaison based in the United States to connect Sales Representatives with the Spain plant. You will process orders, track status, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

With at least 2 years in customer service and a manufacturing background, you will document details, assist with imports, and ensure strong service levels. English and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
• 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Sales Representatives and the manufacturing plant in Spain.
• Assist with order processing, order status, complaints, billing, cancellations, delivery, and other queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality questions or issues; provide reporting and analysis as required.
