Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services for the Manufacturing vertical. The role leads client interfaces within the account, partnering with group managers and delivery leaders to execute the account plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong sales/relationship/account management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments, with governance and risk management.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan, shape commercial strategy, and ensure disciplined execution.
