Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for the Manufacturing vertical to lead client interfaces within the assigned account and work with Senior Managers to shape the account plan. The role oversees client management based on the plan and may handle a multi-million-dollar P&L.

The position demands extensive sales and relationship management experience, with a track record of CXO engagements and proposal leadership across manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; foreign equivalent considered.
• 11+ years of sales/relationship/account management experience.
• Strong track record in business development and project management.
• Experience in manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Proven CXO-level relationship building and proposal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interfaces within the assigned account and collaborate with Senior Managers to build the account plan.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill all commitments to the client.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan, including relationships, opportunities, and pricing decisions.
