Amgen seeks an Automation Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities & Engineering team at our Columbus-area facility. You’ll support installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of advanced warehouse automation systems, including ASRS, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and vision systems.

Responsibilities include following GMP, providing shift support for process control applications, and implementing automated changes to improve equipment performance. Flexible work models may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent technical experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 4 years of technical engineering experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of technical engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field with 2+ years of automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support automation and control systems in a GMP manufacturing setting.
• Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Develop and update documentation following ALCOA+ principles.
