Job summary

Amgen Ohio seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Systems Engineering to lead the team responsible for ASRS, AGVs, AutoStore, and related warehouse tech. You will ensure reliability, integrate with SAP EWM and manufacturing lines, and align with global engineering standards.

You will manage engineers and technicians, drive continuous improvement, and establish 24/7 support structures while partnering with Global ETA and EHSS across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master, or Bachelor's in engineering with relevant experience in automation or manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering support for automation, lifecycle planning, and expansion projects.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, system reliability, and incident recovery.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Digital Technology, Quality, and vendors.
