Job summary
Amgen Inc. (IR) in New Albany, Ohio is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician for the 6PM to 6AM shift.
The role provides technical engineering support, evaluates utility/process systems, and maintains compliance with CFRs, cGMPs, and FDA standards in a 24-hour operation environment. Qualifications
- Requires technical engineering background with hands-on maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, and HMI control systems in pharma/manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced maintenance on complex plant equipment per CFRs, cGMPs and SOPs.
- Diagnose issues using PLC/HMI tools, coordinate with engineering/regulatory teams.
- Support regulatory inspections and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Review and optimize maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
