Amgen Inc. seeks an Automation Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities & Engineering team at the new Advanced Assembly and Final Product Operation facility.

You will support automation systems, ASRS, PLC/HMI, and SCADA in a GMP environment to ensure safe, reliable operation and regulatory compliance. The role requires engineering or technical degree with automation experience, strong problem-solving, and willingness to work nonstandard shifts to support 24/7 operations; FDA/GMP experience

Formación

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering or related technical field with automation experience.
Proficient in PLC/HMI programming and control systems.
Experience in GMP/ FDA-regulated environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

Follow GMP and cGMP policies and procedures.
Provide shift support for process control applications (PLC, HMI, VFD, vision systems).
Support automation systems lifecycle, changes, and documentation.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
Lead root cause analysis and incident investigations.
Ensure changes are properly documented and approved.
