Modular Mission Critical, a manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, Inc., seeks an Manufacturing Assembler to support production through assembly, inspection, and packaging. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency while collaborating with teams to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, following work instructions, inspecting materials, and maintaining production records. Overtime and lean practices may apply in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production objectives.
• Participate in and follow lean manufacturing methodologies and manufacturing practices
• Perform other duties as assigned.
