Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and specs.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
