Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support production through the assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of products and materials.

You will work with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency, following SOPs and lean practices. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing practices, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to achieve production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
