Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean, Inc., seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to support production through assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of products for datacenters and critical infrastructure.

You will work with teammates to hit schedules while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards. We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, good manual dexterity, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production objectives.
• Participate in and follow lean manufacturing methodologies and manufacturing practices
• Perform other duties as assigned.
