Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean, seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to support assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of products. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-growing site near Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, using hand/power tools, and maintaining production records. Overtime and cross-functional collaboration may be required; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is preferred but not required
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies per work instructions and schedules
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specifications
• Identify defects or issues and report to supervisors
• Package and label products for shipment or storage
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Support material handling and warehouse organization
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Collaborate with team and other departments to meet objectives
• Support lean manufacturing practices
