M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical manufacturing campus near Richmond, VA, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to support production lines through assembly, inspection, packaging and material movement.

The role requires reading instructions, basic math, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety guidelines; overtime and shift work may be required. An in-person hiring event is scheduled in Sandston, VA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production objectives.
• Participate in lean manufacturing practices and methodologies.
