Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specs, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specifications.
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
