Ledgent is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Pleasanton, CA. The role focuses on high-volume AP tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments in a manufacturing setting.

Training is provided, with onsite work required initially, and potential offsite Fridays. Ideal candidates will have AP experience in manufacturing or packaged goods and strong communication skills for vendor and internal collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in accounts payable, preferably in manufacturing or packaged goods.
• Proficiency with accounting software; Sage ERP training provided if needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with vendors and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
