Job summary

Aviso, LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a hands-on Accountant to oversee daily full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, and client billing on-site at our manufacturing facility.

You will handle end-to-end bill processing, 3-way matching for inventory, payment runs, invoicing, and ledger reconciliations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This on-site role requires 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle AP and billing.
• Manufacturing environment experience with inventory accounting and 3-way matching.
• 100% on-site availability to work at the Fremont facility.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, SAP, JobBOSS) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP workflow including reviewing, coding, batching, and entering vendor invoices.
• Verify 3-way matching of raw materials against POs, packing slips, and BOLs.
• Prepare and process weekly payment disbursements via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Generate and issue customer invoices, post payments, and record daily cash receipts.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile AP aging and cash accounts and assist with month-end close.
