The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of AP experience, strong coding and reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based AP environment preferred.
• Experience working with purchase orders and inventory-related transactions.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense coding.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions.
• Verify accounting entries by comparing system reports and account balances.
• Review invoices and expense reports and code expenses to proper accounts and cost centers.
• Process vendor payments and optimize payment discounts.
• Maintain accurate vendor information and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies among PO, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and month-end AP reports and summaries.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
