Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in the Tualatin, OR area. This role offers on-site work, high-volume processing, and collaboration with purchasing and accounting teams.

You will match invoices to PO and receiving docs, handle three-way matching, reconcile statements, and support month-end close. Ideal candidates have 2+ years AP experience, ERP systems familiarity, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and three-way matching.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Review invoice coding and obtain necessary approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and process vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams.
