Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense reports, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

The role requires 3+ years of AP experience, an associate degree, ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, QAD), and advanced Excel. You will support month‑end close, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment onsite.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices using an ERP system.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment exceptions with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage aging and payment terms.
• Support month-end close activities and audits.
