Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will drive initiatives combining operational improvement, digital tech, analytics, and AI, interfacing with client executives, plant leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable AI capabilities across plant and network operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing, supply chain, industrial technology, or related environments.
Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply chain.
Experience with manufacturing data models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, RAG, or related approaches.
Ability to translate AI use cases into data, knowledge, architecture, integration, security, evaluation, adoption, and value realization.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities.
Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
Architect manufacturing data foundations and knowledge graphs across plant, edge, and cloud environments.
Plan and execute AI pilots and scale across sites.
