Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing manufacturing transformation programs. You will drive initiatives that blend operational improvement, digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI, collaborating with client executives and plant leaders to improve productivity and manufacturing agility.

You will define and manage design, configuration, testing, and adoption across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, and cloud-based platforms, while shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
• 4–6+ years in digital manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and feed reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Prioritize enhancements, validate use cases, and shape demonstrations for scalable delivery.
• Capture lessons and feedback to refine design backlog and roadmap.
• Define data, integration, and performance criteria across plant and network environments.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, and cloud environments.
• Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops across operations, IT, cybersecurity, and vendors.
