Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead end-to-end manufacturing transformation programs across plant networks. You will work with client executives to translate priorities into AI-enabled solutions, data foundations, and scalable roadmaps that improve productivity, quality, and visibility.

You will guide design, prototyping, testing, training, and benefits tracking across ERP, MES/MOM, OT/IT, and knowledge platforms, while shaping demonstrations and engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI/knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing.
• Experience translating AI use cases into data, knowledge, and architecture requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Oversee design, prototyping, testing, deployment, training, and benefits tracking.
• Guide AI and data foundations across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, and cloud/edge.
• Shape and deliver AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and intelligent scheduling.
• Facilitate workshops with operations, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
